Teenager held in Oxfordshire over 'gun dispute'

A teenager was arrested after armed police were called to a domestic dispute in Oxfordshire following reports that a firearm had been seen.

The alarm was raised after an argument broke out at a house in Beechey Avenue, Marston, at 0920 BST.

Officers arrived but the firearm turned out to be an air rifle.

A 17-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear and later released on bail.
