Driver arrested after fatal crash near Henley


A man has died following a crash near Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

A Landrover, a Volvo and a BMW collided in Greys Road, Rotherfield Greys, on Thursday at about 1830 GMT.

The driver of the BMW, a 54-year-old man, was taken to Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading but died of his injuries.

Police arrested the driver of the Landrover on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving with excess alcohol.

He is being held at Loddon Valley Police Station.

Police are appealing for witnesses.
