Robbery charge following Marston stabbing

An 18-year-old man has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery after a 17-year-old boy was stabbed in an Oxfordshire car park.

The man, from Headington, was arrested along with three others after the stabbing in the Oxsrad sports and leisure centre in Marston on Saturday.

The victim, who suffered a single stab wound to the ribs, was discharged from hospital on Sunday.

The 18-year-old was remanded in custody to appear before Oxford magistrates.

A 16-year-old girl and two men, aged 20 and 19, arrested on suspicion of robbery, have been released on bail until 21 March.
