Harcourt Hill rape: Man arrested in Eastbourne over knifepoint attack

The woman was raped at knifepoint in Raleigh Park in Oxford, police said
A 44-year-old man has been arrested in Eastbourne in connection with a knifepoint rape in Oxford.
The attack occurred on Tuesday between 19:45 and 20:10 GMT, as the victim was walking in Harcourt Hill, near the Oxford Brookes Campus.
She was approached from behind with a knife, taken to Raleigh Park and raped.
Thames Valley Police has been searching woodland beside the A34 near Botley and there has been an increased police presence in the area.
