AFC Telford United players back county health campaign

  • Published

Football players from AFC Telford United are supporting a campaign to encourage more men from Shropshire to take part in physical activity.

The project aims to get 60 men to attend two focus group sessions in November to find out about healthy eating, exercise and giving up smoking.

Everyone who attends will receive a free ticket for the club's home game against Eastwood Town on 18 December.

The project is run by NHS Telford and Wrekin and Telford & Wrekin Council.
