Man in court charged with murdering Oswestry woman

A 58-year-old man has appeared in court charged with murdering a woman in Shropshire.
Officers found the body of Jillian Louise Nevitt at an address in Orchard Street, Oswestry, on Tuesday.
Brian Woodmass, of the same address, appeared at Shrewsbury Magistrates Court and has been remanded in custody.
He will appear before Shrewsbury Crown Court on Tuesday 21 December.
No application was made for bail.
