Telford police seize cannabis plants and arrest man

A man is being questioned by police in Telford after a raid at a house in Sutton Hill.

More than 100 cannabis plants were seized after neighbours reported seeing 'suspicious activity' at the house in Solway Drive.

Sgt Louis Hylton said when mature the plants would be worth several thousand pounds.

Two rooms at the house were lined with plastic and fitted with heat lamps.

Sgt Hylton described the property as a "greenhouse".
