Man seriously injured in Masbrough barber's shop attack

A man has been seriously injured in an attack in a barber's shop in Masbrough, South Yorkshire Police have said.

Officers were called to the Masbrough Street shop on Thursday afternoon following reports of an assault.

The 22-year-old man was found unconscious with head injuries. He is in a serious condition in hospital.

A 16-year-old boy and two men, aged 20 and 25 have been arrested on suspicion of wounding. They are being held in police custody.

South Yorkshire Police appealed for witnesses.
