Man in court on manslaughter charge after street death

A man has appeared in court charged with the manslaughter of a 31-year-old who died following an incident outside a Sheffield nightclub.

Nathan Bagley, of Brincliffe Edge Road, Sheffield, died after an alleged assault outside the DQ bar on Sunday.

Adam Stott, 27, of Agbrigg Road, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, appeared at Sheffield Magistrates' Court on Wednesday charged with manslaughter.

He was remanded in custody and will appear again on 10 November.

Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them.
