A woman has died and a taxi driver left seriously injured in a car crash in which a driver failed an alcohol test.
The female passenger in a black Honda died in the crash on Crookes Road, Sheffield at about 0415 BST on Sunday.
It is thought the Honda was navigating a bend when it was in a head-on collision with a Hackney cab.
The Honda driver, a man aged 46, was arrested on suspicion of being over the alcohol limit and causing death by dangerous driving.
The taxi driver, 31, from the Little Sheffield area, suffered a head injury, broken arm and broken leg and remains in the Northern General Hospital.
