Detectives have urged the public to help them trace a 28-year-old man after a gun was fired at a crowd of people outside a Sheffield nightclub.

They want to speak to Joel Soloman Williams about the incident outside the Sheffield & District African Caribbean Community Association (SADACCA).

Police said the incident on 17 October was being treated as attempted murder. Nobody was injured in the shooting.

Officers said Williams was considered dangerous and should not be approached.

They appealed to anyone who recognised him, or who knew of his whereabouts, to contact police immediately.

Williams, also known as Juvi or Juvenile, lived in the Manor and Arbourthorne areas of Sheffield and also had links with Nottingham.
