Sheffield city centre stabbing man still 'serious'

A 21-year-old man who was stabbed in the neck in Sheffield remains in a "serious but stable" condition in hospital, police have confirmed.

The attack happened at 04:20 BST on Sunday following a dispute at the Cambridge Street junction, police said.

Three men were arrested and part of Division Street was closed for a number of hours while inquiries continued.

The injured man is being treated at the Northern General Hospital. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
