Seven injured in Sheffield bus stop crash

Seven people were injured when a car crashed into a bus stop near a hospital in Sheffield.

The crash happened near the Barnsley Road entrance of the Northern General Hospital at 20:00 BST on Monday.

The Yorkshire Ambulance Service said five ambulances and a rapid response vehicle were sent to the scene.

The people hurt in the incident are thought to have suffered only minor injuries and were treated at the Northern General Hospital.
