Police investigating the disappearance of a 24-year-old Polish woman have charged a man with her murder.
Sylwia Ciapcinska was last seen on 20 July in Ash Street, Burton upon Trent, where she lived.
Police arrested 29-year-old Tomasz Sobczak, also from Ash Street, on Sunday. He is due before magistrates in Burton on Thursday.
Officers said they believed Ms Ciapcinska was dead and they were trying to find her body.
Ms Ciapcinska had been in the UK for two weeks when she went missing. She had made previous visits to the area from Poland, police said.
She was working for distribution company Amethyst Logistics at Fradley Park, Lichfield, but did not turn up for work on 21 July.
Ch Supt Mick Harrison, from Staffordshire Police, said her family had been informed about developments and were being offered the support of family liaison officers.
"Sadly, our inquiries and evidence gathered so far lead us to the sad conclusion that Sylwia is dead, " he said
"We must now do everything we can to find her body for the sake of her family.
"We need as many people as possible to ask themselves have they seen Sylwia recently and to let us know if they have."
Officers are planning to project 30ft (9m) images of Ms Ciapcinska on to a building in Burton-upon-Trent town centre on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The pictures will be put up during the evenings along with appeals for information in English and Polish.
Leaflets have also been circulated to businesses.
On the day she was last seen, she was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and had been carrying a white and grey shoulder bag.
She is described as being of slim build with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who has seen her or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call Staffordshire Police.
