Four held over man stabbed in Stoke-on-Trent street

Four people have been arrested after a man was stabbed in Stoke-on-Trent.

The attack happened close to Walkabout public house in Trinity Street, Hanley, just before 0400 BST, police said.

A man believed to be in his 20s was taken to University Hospital North Staffordshire and the road has been sealed off.

Forensic officers attended the scene and anyone with information was asked to contact Staffordshire Police or call Crimestoppers anonymously.
