Men bailed after stabbing in Stoke-on-Trent

Four men who were arrested after a man was stabbed in Stoke-on-Trent have been released on bail.

The attack happened close to the Walkabout public house in Trinity Street, Hanley, just before 0400 BST on Sunday.

A man believed to be in his 20s was taken to University Hospital North Staffordshire.

The arrested men, three from Derbyshire and one from Burton-upon-Trent, have been bailed until December.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Staffordshire Police or call Crimestoppers anonymously.
