Rugeley suspected hit-and-run: Arrested man bailed

The incident happened on Western Springs Road, Rugeley, in the early hours of Saturday
An 18-year-old man arrested over a suspected hit-and-run in Staffordshire has been released on bail, police said.
Joseph Hunt, from Rugeley, died after he was found with serious head injuries on Western Springs Road in the town in the early hours of Saturday.
Although the 22-year-old has yet to be formally identified, his family have released a statement describing him as "a much-loved son and brother".
Police seized a Skoda Fabia for detailed forensic examination.
