Couple threatened in burglary at flat in Lowestoft

Police said a 26-year-old man returned to his home in the London Road South area of Lowestoft at 2200 BST on Tuesday to find the men in the property' s communal hallway.

They took him into his flat and threatened him and his 22-year-old girlfriend with what appeared to be a crowbar, a knife and a baseball bat.

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

The men, who were all wearing balaclavas, stole two games consoles, a laptop computer, mobile phones, CDs and DVDs and left towards Clifton Road.

He was wearing a dark top or jacket.

Another is about 5ft 7in (1.7m) tall with a large stomach. He was wearing a navy polo shirt under a dark jacket and dark blue jeans.
