No charge after Sudbury murder inquiry arrest

A man arrested in connection with a murder in Suffolk has been released from bail without charge.

Patrick Baker's body was found at his flat in Blackfriars, Sudbury on 10 April.

A 39-year-old man from Sudbury, arrested on suspicion of murder, has had his bail cancelled.

A 27-year-old man from Bury St Edmunds, arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, was released from his bail without charge on 6 October.

A Suffolk police spokeswoman said no further action would be taken against either man.

Two other men have been charged with Mr Baker's murder.
