Man to face no charges after report of car park rape

A man who was arrested on suspicion of raping a woman in a car park in Sudbury will face no charges.
No further action would be taken against the 27-year-old from Sudbury, Suffolk Police said.
The Crown Prosecution Service said there was insufficient evidence to proceed with a prosecution.
A woman reported she was taken to a car park and raped on the night of 16 October after accepting a lift from two men in Cornard Road.
