A man who was arrested on suspicion of raping a woman in a car park in Sudbury will face no charges.

No further action would be taken against the 27-year-old from Sudbury, Suffolk Police said.

The Crown Prosecution Service said there was insufficient evidence to proceed with a prosecution.

A woman reported she was taken to a car park and raped on the night of 16 October after accepting a lift from two men in Cornard Road.
