Billy Sullivan should not be approached, police said
An inmate at a Suffolk prison has absconded.
Billy Sullivan, 33, is serving an eight-year sentence for wounding and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
He was given day release from Highpoint Prison, Newmarket, on 16 December but did not return.
Sullivan is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, stocky, with blue eyes and short dark hair. He has a scar near his left eyebrow.
Sullivan, who speaks with a London accent, has connections to parts of Essex.
If anyone sees him they should phone the police with the details and not approach him, officers said.
