A 27-year-old woman was raped in the grounds of the St Nicholas Centre, Franciscan Way, Ipswich, in the early hours of 29 December.

She had been walking towards Liquid nightclub with a man she had talked to near the Pals nightclub in the town.

After the attack, the woman ran into the road and flagged down a passing motorist who called the police.

Det Sgt Panicos Monk said: "We are keen to identify the man in the CCTV images and are asking anyone who recognises him to get in touch.

"I urge anyone who has any information that could assist with this inquiry to contact Ipswich CID without delay."
