Second arrest in armed robbery inquiry

A man has been questioned about an armed robbery at a jewellers in Suffolk.

Four men wearing black motorcycle helmets raided Thurlow Champness jewellers at Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, on 28 February.

A 19-year-old man from the Islington area of London was questioned by police on suspicion of conspiracy to rob and being concerned in robbery.

He was bailed to return to Bury St Edmunds police station on 23 June.

A 32-year-old man was arrested last month in connection with the inquiry and was also bailed until 25 May.
