Ipswich teenager rapes probe: No further action, say police

Seven men will face no further action after an investigation into claims three teenage girls were raped in Suffolk.

The men were arrested after the alleged offences at a property in Franciscan Way, Ipswich, on 26 August 2011.

Police arrested six of the men on 27 August with a further arrest three days later.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said the men had had their bail cancelled after a "full and thorough investigation".

No further action will be taken in this matter, he said.
