Robin Lionnet murder in Bury St Edmunds - man found guilty

A jury has found a man guilty of murder after he stabbed a man in Bury St Edmunds with a screwdriver.

Mark Turner, 49, from Cockfield in Suffolk, appeared at Ipswich Crown Court accused of killing 43-year-old Robin Lionnet.

Mr Lionnet was found collapsed in Ashwell Road in the early hours of Tuesday, 21 February and was later pronounced dead at hospital.

Turner will be sentenced at the same court at a later date.
