A crash involving three lorries on Wednesday afternoon closed the A14 in Suffolk for 23 hours.

Police said the westbound carriageway was reopened shortly before 14:00 BST after the crash at Seven Hills roundabout at Nacton, east of Ipswich.

Diversions around Ipswich had caused delays for motorists overnight and in the morning rush hour.

Two men, released from separate vehicles, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
