A fire at supermodel Claudia Schiffer's 16th Century Suffolk home has destroyed several buildings in its grounds.

The blaze, at Coldham Hall at Lawshall, happened on Monday.

About 40 firefighters spent two hours at the property Schiffer shares with her husband, the film producer Matthew Vaughn, who were believed to be at the hall when it happened.

The fire destroyed several outbuildings and former stables, but did not spread to the hall, Suffolk Fire Service said.
