Battersea man to face trial over Redhill stab death

A man has appeared in court to deny the murder of another man who died after being found with a stab wound in Surrey.

Anthony Kennard Gray, 31, from south London, was found with a puncture wound to his neck after police were called to Observatory Walk, Redhill, on 11 May.

Marlon Kelly, 31, from Battersea, south London, entered a not guilty plea to murder at Guildford Crown Court.

He was remanded in custody to face trial on 16 January 2011.
