Security warning after gate thefts in Waverley

Published
Residents have been urged to increase their home security following a spate of metal gate thefts in Surrey.
Surrey Police said three properties in the Bramley area of Waverley had wrought iron gates worth about £1,000 taken.
The force has advised residents to fit their gates with padlocks and anti-lift hinges and get them security marked.
It also urged people to photograph particularly distinctive gates to help officers recover them.
