Driver arrested after biker dies in crash at Hersham

A motorist has been arrested after a biker in his 50s died following a collision involving two cars.
The accident, in Burwood Road, Hersham, Surrey happened at about 0820 BST on Saturday when the Honda rider collided with a VW Golf and an Audi A4.
The biker was travelling from Hersham towards Seven Hills Road and the two cars were heading the opposite way.
The driver of the Golf was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving while over the alcohol limit.
The road was closed for a number of hours while an investigation was carried out.
Police are appealing for witnesses who saw the collision or any of the vehicles beforehand to come forward.
