Armed robbers in raid on Walton bookmakers

Two men, one of them armed, have stolen £500 after threatening a member of staff in a raid on a Surrey bookmakers.
Police said one of the men was believed to have a gun when they entered Coral's at Terrace Road, Walton-on-Thames at 2100 GMT on Wednesday.
One of the men threatened a male member of staff and forced him to hand over the money. Nobody was injured.
The robbers are believed to have got into a silver-coloured car and driven off in the direction of Carlton Road.
Det Con Matt Weldon-Gamble said: "An innocent member of staff has been threatened by two desperate and cowardly offenders.
"Fortunately the victim was not injured but this was obviously a very traumatic ordeal to be put through."
