Weather continues to affect trains in Surrey

Passengers are being warned to expect major disruption in parts of Surrey following the cancellation of trains because of the wintry weather.
South West Trains said it was running an amended service because of the poor conditions.
The firm said it would not be providing rail replacement buses for passengers affected by cancellations.
Southern Railway said a normal service would be running on Monday, but there may be delays on some routes.
Motorists have been urged to take extra care on the roads after temperatures plunged overnight.
Appeal for 4x4A spokesman for South West Trains said: "Poor weather conditions are forecast to continue to affect the south of England on Monday 20 December.
"Because of this, South West Trains will be running an amended train service."
Surrey County Council said teams had been gritting and ploughing roads over the weekend with the help of farmers and urged residents to contact the council if they spotted any empty grit bins.
Meanwhile, an appeal for owners of 4x4 vehicles to come forward was made earlier by the East Surrey Hospital as health bosses sought to ensure staff could get into work to help treat patients.
