Redhill bookmakers robbery investigated by Surrey Police

A robbery at a bookmakers where thousands of pounds were stolen is being investigated by Surrey Police.

Two men went into the bookmakers in Redhill town centre, wearing scarves across their faces and bandanas, at about 21:40 BST on Tuesday.

Police said they threatened staff before leaving with several thousand pounds of cash.

No-one was hurt in the incident and officers are appealing for anyone with any information to contact them.
