Man charged over Guildford 'road rage attack'

A man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm following an assault on a lorry driver in Surrey.

The victim suffered a fractured cheekbone in the alleged road rage attack on the A320 near Slyfields industrial estate in Guildford.

During the incident on 5 February, it is alleged the driver of a Nissan Micra assaulted the driver of a lorry after both vehicles had stopped in the road.

A 26-year-old man from Farnborough, Hampshire, is due in court next month.
