Fake DVDs seized at car boot sale in Hassocks, Sussex

Published
Hundreds of counterfeit DVDs have been seized by trading standards officers from a West Sussex car boot sale.
About 700 illegal copies of well-known movies were being sold in Sayers Common, Hassocks.
West Sussex County Council said giving money to counterfeiters damages local businesses.
"This is not good news at a time when many are feeling the current economic pressures," said head of trading standards Graeme MacPherson.
