No charges over Hastings rail bridge death

A man questioned over the death of a woman who was found seriously injured near a railway line in Hastings will not face charges.

Michelle Hudson, 25, was discovered near the railway bridge at Linton Road on 23 January and died later in hospital.

Sussex Police said a 21-year-old man would not face prosecution.

A force spokesman said: "The police inquiry established that there was no evidence of any crime."

Ms Hudson's death has been referred to the East Sussex coroner and an inquest will take place later.
