Cash stolen after 'paint trick'

A man had $4,000 (£2,500) taken from his pocket after a woman offered to help him clean his jacket.

The 52-year-old victim was in a shop in East Street, Chichester, on Wednesday when the woman said he had paint on him.

She handed him a tissue but when he took his jacket off, the man realised an envelope containing the cash had gone.

Sussex Police is looking for two women in their 50s and a man.
