Three Sussex men charged over loan fraud

Three Sussex men involved with a company that offered low interest loans have been charged with fraud.

The men were allegedly involved in Swift Loans Finance, which intended to collect fees for the arrangement of loans that were never honoured,

They are due before Mid Sussex Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, charged with fraudulent trading.

Swift Loans Finance was based at First Point, an office block near Gatwick Airport's south terminal.

Sussex Police said the office block was rented by a management company and had no connection with the airport.
