Man suffers fractured skull in Brighton attack

A man has suffered a fractured skull in an attack in a car park in Brighton.

The 30-year-old was knocked unconscious in a car park off Oxford Street at about 22:35 BST on Monday.

Sussex Police said they believed that he had received a single punch to the head before falling to the ground and hitting his head again.

Witnesses said the victim was surrounded by three men, before being struck by a man described as white, of stocky build with dark, short hair.
