Fans of Crawley Town were encouraged to cycle to the last match of the season on Saturday as part of the Cycle Crawley campaign.

There were guided bike rides to Broadfield Stadium from Three Bridges station for the match against Hartlepool.

Once at the stadium, cyclists were offered secure bike parking, free cycle servicing and route maps.

The event was organised by the club and Crawley council to encourage cycling.

The Cycle Crawley campaign has published a map showing cycle routes around the borough.

Josh Simpson, Crawley Town captain, said: "The players do a lot of cycling to help with our fitness levels and it's a wonderful activity which all the family can enjoy."
