Two charged with Lee Molineau murder in Eastbourne

Two people have been charged with murdering a man who died seven days after a fight in East Sussex.

Lee Molineau, 46, of no fixed address, died at Hurstwood Park neurological unit in Haywards Heath, after being assaulted in Eastbourne on 24 July.

Rossi Henderson, 25, of no fixed address, has been charged with murder and is due to appear before Brighton magistrates on Saturday.

Ruby Heard, of Lexden Drive, Seaford, has also been charged with murder.

Ms Heard, 25, who was previously charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, is due before Hastings magistrates on Monday.

Hayley Whittaker, 22, of Honeycrag Lane in Polegate, has already been charged with murder and remanded in custody.

She is next due to appear at Lewes Crown Court on 16 October.
