Oliver Bird named as motorcyclist killed in Bury crash

A motorcyclist who died in a crash in Sussex has been named.

Oliver Bird, 37, from Beach Road, Shoreham, died when his Kawasaki collided with an Audi A4 on the A29 at Bury on Sunday.

The car's driver, a 69-year-old woman from Pulborough, suffered minor injuries.

In a statement his family said: "Words cannot express the grief and sorrow we feel for the loss of our lovely son and brother."

Police have appealed for witnesses to the collision to come forward.
