Man charged over death of Bexhill dog walker

A man has been charged with manslaughter following the death of a dog walker during an alleged row.

Peter Morley, 74, was walking his pet when it is believed it was attacked by two other dogs in Turkey Road, Bexhill, East Sussex, on 20 July last year.

The pensioner suffered a head injury during the alleged altercation which followed, and died 10 days later.

Billy Latham, 36, of Turkey Road, Bexhill, is due to appear before Hastings magistrates on 28 January.
