Hove man, 75, released after woman's death inquiry
A 75-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman was found dead at an address in Hove has been released without charge.
Sussex Police said a post-mortem examination found the 67-year-old woman died from natural causes.
A murder investigation was launched when paramedics alerted police after being called to the property in Tredcroft Road on Wednesday.
The woman, who was found to be in need of urgent treatment, died at the scene.
Det Chief Insp Jason Taylor said no further action would be taken against the man.
"I would like to thank him especially for his co-operation during an extremely difficult time and extend our sympathy to him and his family for their loss," he said.
The woman has not yet been formally identified.
