Woman guilty of motorcyclist's death in Climping

A woman has been found guilty of death by careless driving after a motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Sussex.

Robert Giacopazzi, 48, from Bognor Regis, died at the scene in Crookthorn Lane, Climping in August 2013.

Dawn Devine, 55, of Wish Field Drive in Felpham, Bognor Regis, was arrested after her Vauxhall Corsa hit Mr Giacopazzi's motorbike.

Devine was given a 12-month driving ban at Chichester Crown Court.
