A photograph of a woman killed in Eastbourne has been released by detectives investigating her death.

Emma Crowhurst, 36, of Albion Road, was found on the pavement in Chawbrook Road, Eastbourne, on 26 April.

She was taken to hospital with a head injury, but died two weeks later. It is believed she had been in an argument with a man prior to the attack.

Det Ch Insp Mike Ashcroft said there were currently "no new leads" in the murder investigation.

"We hope that Emma's photograph may jog memories and cause more people to come forward who could help," he said.
