Free retail space boost for Middlesbrough businesses
- Published
Businesses have been offered free retail space in a Teesside town centre.
Middlesbrough Council is creating an "enterprise arcade" giving companies space they can use for six months.
The project enables businesses to test their ideas without a large cash outlay, and also offers coaching to help them grow.
If they want to continue after the six month trial finishes, further support will be offered to help them find suitable locations.
The scheme is also being supported by Hartlepool Council.
