Arrests made over missiles thrown in Teesside


Two teenagers have been arrested after bricks or missiles were thrown from bridges along the A174 on to moving vehicles.

It follows a series of incidents along the road throughout February.

Various levels of damage were reported including smashed windscreens and dented roofs.

Cleveland police said two boys, aged 14 and 15, were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and endangering life. They have been released on bail.
