Man bailed after house shooting on South Tyneside

A man arrested in connection with a shooting at a house on South Tyneside has been released on bail.
Officers were called to an address in Grasmere Road, Hebburn, on Monday night after reports of shots being fired.
They found a 27-year-old man suffering from bullet wounds. He was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been released.
A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder, and bailed pending further inquiries.
