Charge after cyclist is killed in Wiltshire

A man has been charged with causing the death by careless driving of a cyclist in Wiltshire.

The male cyclist, believed to be a foreign national, died at the scene in the collision with a silver Mercedes on the A303 near Yarnbury Castle.

The incident happened at about 1450 BST on 3 July.

Police said a 43-year-old man from Hornchurch, Essex, has been bailed to appear before Salisbury magistrates on 7 October.
